Fabrication Technician II, Assembly

The Fabrication Technician II, Assembly role is onsite in Riverside, MO. Pay is $20–$21 per hour. The position supports the manufacturing and fabrication department through production work and coordination with production leadership. The technician performs fabrication and assembly, checks product quality, and helps keep production on schedule. The role also supports team members, monitors materials and project progress, and maintains safe, organized shop-floor operations.

What you'll do

• Perform cutting, grooving, hole cutting, assembly, and quality inspections
• operate fabrication equipment safely and maintain required certifications
• monitor production schedules, material availability, and project progress
• perform shop-floor inspections, shipment preparation, and material handling
• ensure products meet specifications
• complete checklists, equipment maintenance, and TPM tasks
• maintain an organized work area using 5S
• monitor production performance and work toward productivity and quality goals. Requirements include high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of technical or manufacturing experience, ability to support or train team members, blueprint and schematic reading, forklift experience, and ability to obtain required equipment certifications after hire. Barcode scanner and forklift-mounted computer familiarity is preferred
