What you'll do

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance
• supervise and mentor pharmacists, technicians, and support staff
• review, verify, and dispense prescriptions
• manage drug inventory
• ensure adherence to HIPAA, DEA, and Arizona State Board of Pharmacy requirements
• counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and interactions
• implement and monitor quality assurance programs and pharmacy policies.
