What you'll do

• Prepare and serve the beverage menu according to recipes and standards
• maintain beverage consistency, quality, and presentation
• meet stated service-time standards
• prepare espresso, texture milk, and create basic latte art
• process POS tickets accurately
• provide personalized guest service
• explain menu ingredients and allergy information
• coordinate with front-of-house colleagues and assist in other positions as needed
• maintain the barista station to DOH standards
• complete assigned opening, closing, and cleaning tasks.
