What you'll do

• Assist with personal care, mobility and transfers, care-related household tasks, meal preparation, shopping, errands, companionship, and daily routines according to the client’s service plan.
• Observe and report changes or safety concerns, document services, follow infection-control and safety guidelines, maintain confidentiality, respond appropriately to emergencies, and attend required training.
