Customer Service Representative (Cashier)

The Customer Service Representative (Cashier) role is onsite in Fort Smith, AR. Compensation is $10–$12 per hour. The position reports to the Store Manager and supports the operation of the store location. The role helps maintain customer service and store operations through cash handling, stocking, sales support, inventory-related tasks, shift reporting, and attention to cleanliness, safety, and equipment condition.

What you'll do

• Serve customers and resolve on-shift issues
• follow cash-handling policies
• restock and face products
• support sales
• assist with grocery orders, reports, vendor deliveries, price changes, and shift close-out
• inspect facilities and equipment
• report safety incidents and maintenance needs
• assist with training new customer service representatives.
