The position leads and grows ESP Associates’ Water Resources team in Northern Colorado, supporting community water management. It advances municipal stormwater and capital improvement work through planning, design management, public engagement, financial oversight, and development of client relationships and project opportunities.

What you'll do

• Establish, lead, and grow the Fort Collins Water Resources team
• partner with clients on planning studies and modeling
• prepare and review qualifications
• manage design development, contract documents, cost estimates, agency correspondence, client relations, staff supervision, and mentoring
• lead business development and marketing
• prepare contracts, invoices, and financial reports
• present to public officials and selection committees.
