Manager of Disaster Recovery and Case Management

The Manager of Disaster Recovery and Case Management role is based onsite in Spokane, WA, and pays $30 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide leadership and direct case management to disaster survivors and families through advocacy, referrals, crisis intervention, and recovery services
• supervise assigned staff
• maintain community resource maps and partner relationships
• manage program data, records, statistics, and reports
• coordinate referrals and follow-up
• identify service gaps
• represent the organization at community meetings
• assess needs and develop and monitor recovery plans
• conduct home visits as necessary
• help clients access public and private benefits

Why this role
