What you'll do

• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based perinatal and reproductive mental health approaches
• maintain a caseload of 25–35 clients depending on program needs and administrative time
• complete timely and compliant documentation
• support screening, intake, and assessment
• collaborate with psychiatry and other disciplines
• provide crisis management and stabilization as needed
• participate in program rounds and contribute to treatment planning and development
• develop and deliver internal and client-facing education
• represent and advocate for the program.
