Electrical Test Engineer

The Electrical Test Engineer role is onsite in Garland, TX, and compensation is not specified. The position supports Maverick Power’s production, engineering, and testing teams as they produce and test power distribution and control systems. The engineer develops and oversees test plans and scripts, configures equipment, and works across functions to verify that designs are implemented and tested against customer requirements.

What you'll do

• Develop test scripts from drawings and specifications
• create factory acceptance testing plans
• support manufacturing, testing, quality, and field service teams
• configure or program PLCs, VFDs, protective relays, transfer switches, circuit breakers, and controllers
• coordinate with other functions and locations on product and process solutions
• develop training programs and testing work instructions.
