The accounting associate supports day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, reporting, and general accounting activities in partnership with the Controller and accounting team. The work helps maintain accurate financial records and support the organization’s reporting and operational needs.

What you'll do

• Set up and maintain vendor information
• process vendor and consultant invoices
• manage corporate credit card activity
• record cash receipts and bank transactions
• review employee expense reports
• assist with year-end 1099 processing and sales and use tax reporting
• coordinate annual-review documentation
• maintain fixed assets in the general ledger
• assist with lease accounting and general ledger activity
• research discrepancies
• support financial reporting and accounting projects.
