Membership Sales Specialist

The Membership Sales Specialist role is an onsite, part-time position in Appleton, WI, with 10–20 hours per week. Available shifts are 4:15 a.m.–11:30 a.m. and/or 3:45 p.m.–8:00 p.m., with one or two Saturday mornings per month from 7:45 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Compensation is $15–$17 per hour, plus commission on sales. Burn Boot Camp Appleton West offers fitness and wellness services. The specialist builds relationships with current and prospective members and supports studio growth by selling memberships, retail, and nutrition products. The role manages lead follow-up, tours, membership presentations, records, and related studio support.

What you'll do

• Engage with current and prospective members
• achieve sales targets for memberships, retail, and nutrition products
• generate and follow up on leads
• conduct facility tours
• identify member needs
• present membership options and ask for the sale
• maintain accurate records
• contribute social media content and assist with light cleaning.
