Service and Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Serve as a primary contact for advisor offices from transition through ongoing support
• conduct proactive outreach
• coordinate with advisors, internal partners, and custodians
• receive, document, track, and route requests and cases
• answer service calls and coordinate follow-up
• assist and mentor Service Associates
• partner with Training on office needs
• maintain knowledge of systems and custodial updates
• support process improvement and monitor service quality, objectives, and completion.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree and financial-services experience preferred; FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 65 licenses preferred but not required; Microsoft 365 proficiency required.
