What you'll do

• Manage prospects through the sales process
• generate and convert inquiries, referrals, tours, and move-ins
• maintain lead and activity data in the CRM
• develop local referral relationships
• conduct tours and maintain tour-ready spaces
• support marketing, occupancy reporting, events, and outreach.
