What you'll do

• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
• maintain financial records and the general ledger
• handle cash, deposits, and reconciliations
• support collections, accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, point-of-sale reconciliation, expense reports, and month-end close
• maintain records and provide administrative support for contracts and forms
• assist visitors and callers
• perform general office duties.
