The Senior Director collaborates with executive leadership to translate nursing strategy into measurable improvements in patient care and operational performance.

• Partner with the CNO to execute nursing strategy and organizational goals.
• Drive excellence in quality, patient safety, and patient experience.
• Lead fiscal planning, budget management, and staffing productivity.
• Mentor nursing leaders and foster a culture of collaboration and shared decision-making.
