Human Resources Generalist

Job overview

The Human Resources Generalist role is onsite in Mesa, AZ, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with additional hours as business needs require; compensation is $70,000 per year. The role supports ER2’s HR team and team members and leaders across its locations, helping the company manage technology services and support sustainable growth.

What you'll do

• Support recruiting, candidate screening, interviews, hiring coordination, onboarding, and team-member transitions. Advise team members and leaders on HR policies and processes
• assist with employee relations, performance management, benefits, leave, payroll-related processes, and multi-state compliance
• maintain policies, records, HR systems, and documentation
• support training and engagement
• and improve HR processes and the team-member experience.
