What you'll do

• Maintain constant surveillance of the pool

• respond to emergencies and provide CPR and first aid as necessary
• assist residents and guests
• check water quality and maintain pool and locker-room cleanliness
• conduct inspections
• report and document accidents and near misses
• maintain pool usage schedules and coverage.
