What you'll do

• Schedule and perform in-unit repairs, preventive maintenance, and apartment turnover work
• oversee work orders involving light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and general building maintenance
• inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment
• train and supervise maintenance staff
• coordinate contractors
• manage inventory and budget
• document preventive maintenance and inspections
• update the Yardi mobile app and communicate project status.
