What you'll do

• Develop new customer prospects and business
• participate in market events for brand awareness
• analyze applicants’ credit histories and repayment capabilities
• negotiate credit terms, repayment methods, and collateral specifications
• develop interest-rate structures with management or the Loan Committee
• evaluate loan requests and make recommendations to the Credit Department and Loan Committee
• review relevant laws and regulations and recommend changes to management
• cross-sell bank products and follow the supervisor’s calling system.
