What you'll do

• Develop global product strategies and multi-year roadmaps
• translate market needs into prioritized investments and success measures
• balance global standards with local requirements
• plan and lead worldwide rollouts of Pulse 4.0 and DomOS tools
• monitor adoption and address barriers
• research franchisee and operator needs and technology trends
• align franchise, operations, and technology stakeholders
• present strategies and results to executives
• champion user-centered design and continuous improvement using product data and operational feedback.
