What you'll do

• Execute department plans and goals
• drive productivity
• supervise line setup and execution
• monitor production systems against company GMPs, SOPs, SSOPs, and product quality standards
• ensure orders are complete and yield loss is documented
• coordinate plan changes
• follow up on customer shortages, damages, and misprocesses
• monitor workflow and report quality, productivity, and safety issues
• conduct internal department audits
• make real-time changes to personnel, equipment, and production schedules
• supervise training
• evaluate plan execution and personnel
• collect and distribute department data and reports
• complete daily and weekly reporting, scheduling, and review tasks.
