Director of Asset Management

Reporting to the COO, the director acts as an owner’s representative and strategic partner to property management and leasing partners. The role drives asset performance and long-term value through business planning, financial oversight, leasing strategy, capital investment review, and coordination across development and operations.

What you'll do

• Develop annual business plans and long-term strategies for assets
• identify initiatives to improve financial performance, lease rates, and tenant mix
• evaluate repositioning, redevelopment, and investment opportunities
• lead monthly performance reviews and support budgets and forecasts
• advise on revenue optimization and financial outcomes
• oversee leasing strategy, tenant selection, lease economics, and tenant relationships
• monitor tenant performance, lease rollover, occupancy, and lease-up
• maintain brand integrity and experience across properties
• partner with property management and executive teams on budgets, capital projects, and operational initiatives
• evaluate capital expenditures and track project budgets, timelines, risks, and returns
• coordinate asset transitions from development through stabilization
• support tenant onboarding and operational handoffs.
