Key Team Leader

The role supports team development, accurate store processes, local outreach, and a consistent customer experience for pet owners.

What you'll do

• Provide manager-on-duty coverage and ensure smooth operations and adherence to standards
• reinforce animal care, safety, cleanliness, and security policies
• complete signage, price changes, and cashier record updates
• contribute to recruiting, onboarding, and team development through coaching
• create social media content, liaise with marketing, and support local events and community outreach.
