What you'll do

• Develop and execute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly memory care programs
• supervise, train, and coach team members
• review resident Personal Life Silhouette forms
• plan outings and celebrations
• provide resident transportation
• communicate observed care needs or changes to the Resident Wellness Director
• manage department budget and expenses
• maintain volunteer and vendor relationships
• oversee supplies and equipment
• organize Family Nights
• support medication distribution and records under the Resident Wellness Director’s supervision
• participate in staff recruitment and training
• follow regulations and company policies.

Why this role
