The Transportation Road Supervisor role is onsite in Redmond, WA. Compensation is $32.00–$36.50 per hour. TransWest Mobility provides shuttle, bus, charter, and valet transportation services to help people get to work, school, and other destinations. The supervisor oversees drivers and support staff and helps ensure safe, timely, and efficient shuttle operations. The role coordinates vehicle readiness, route coverage, driver training, safety, and compliance to maintain service quality and operational standards.

What you'll do

• Supervise drivers and support staff
• ensure timely route pull-outs
• assign vehicles and confirm signage, supplies, and documentation
• oversee fleet condition and cleaning
• coordinate repairs and staffing coverage
• monitor on-road performance
• assist with incident investigations
• recruit, onboard, train, coach, and road-test drivers
• manage driver certifications and compliance records.
