What you'll do

• Develop and improve product training curriculum and learning materials
• create learning pathways, certifications, assessments, job aids, playbooks, and reinforcement activities
• partner with commercial and scientific teams to keep content current and aligned
• facilitate training at onboarding, launches, and commercial events
• evaluate learning effectiveness and maintain content governance and version control.
