The Preschool Teacher & Infant-Toddler Lead Caregiver role is onsite in Kapolei, HI, paying $22–$25 per hour. The posting describes part-time and full-time opportunities and a Monday–Friday schedule with nine-hour shift spans and a one-hour break. The Cole Academy provides accredited early childhood education and childcare for children from six weeks through six years and prepares children for K–12. Lead staff follow Academy policies, state licensing rules, and NECPA guidelines while supporting each child’s individual needs.
