The representative serves as a customer contact for related business operations and coordinates records and communications that support service delivery. The role helps maintain customer satisfaction and timely completion of projects while working with customers, production staff, and vocational services colleagues.
What you'll do
- Serve as a primary contact for customers of LAICO Industries, Classified Scanning & Shredding Services, Patent Press, and related operations
- prepare invoices, quotes, service tickets, and shipping documents
- coordinate communication among customers, marketing, and production teams
- maintain customer accounts and records
- assist with sales, marketing, and customer service reporting
- reconcile service and shipping tickets
- respond to inquiries and help resolve concerns
- provide supervisor coverage when needed. An associate degree and two years of relevant experience are preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
