Sales Operations Specialist

The Sales Operations Specialist works onsite in Sunnyvale, CA. Pay is $65,000–$75,000 per year. iHealth Labs’ mission is to make quality health management accessible and affordable through digital health solutions. The specialist supports the Retail Sales team by coordinating orders, projects, and customer requirements across internal teams and major U.S. retail accounts. The role helps keep project milestones, inventory, deliveries, and sales records organized so retail initiatives can be executed on schedule.

What you'll do

• Support retail sales projects and track milestones
• manage customer orders, deliveries, inventory, and related operations
• follow up on customer requests, samples, packaging, product information, and project requirements
• coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Product, factories, warehouses, and other teams
• maintain timelines, trackers, sales data, and order records
• identify execution issues and follow through to resolution
• coordinate between U.S. and China teams
• assist with retail platforms, customer portals, and documentation
• support major retail accounts.

Why this role
