What you'll do

• Support site directors and branch managers with site operations
• supervise staff, volunteers, and children while maintaining the required adult-to-child ratio
• assist with meetings and staff evaluations
• manage attendance, payments, records, and deposits
• support snack service and subsidy paperwork
• run assigned activities and submit reports
• organize supplies and maintain cleanliness
• conduct parent tours as needed
• coordinate with host schools
• provide transportation for special events as needed
• assist with organizational and grant-related events, including some weekends.
