What you'll do

• Oversee electrical, mechanical, fire protection and safety, building automation systems, service-request desk operations, and maintenance
• manage cost, performance, schedule, service requests, emergencies, and projects
• inspect preventive maintenance and train personnel
• oversee staffing and service quality
• participate in capital improvement projects
• manage subcontractors and maintenance contracts
• evaluate productivity and quality
• coordinate with vendors and ensure corrective actions meet contract requirements.
