The Human Resources Manager supports the Area Director of HR in executing the area vision, direction, and goals. This is an onsite role based in Saint Louis, MO, with a salary range of $70,000 - $115,000 per year, supporting the US Foods supply chain operations team. The role exists to foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging culture while ensuring the organization has the right talent in the right roles. The manager leads recruitment, policy administration, employee relations, and performance management, while supporting operations with collective bargaining agreement administration.
