What you'll do

• help residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• prepare and serve meals and snacks
• encourage socialization through activities, games, and outings
• maintain a safe and clean environment
• document resident care and progress
• communicate with healthcare professionals and families
• collaborate on resident care plans.
