What you'll do

• Assistant Managers support safe and efficient store operations, schedule mechanics and technicians, manage outside orders and service workflow, help ensure timely vehicle work, enforce policies and safety standards, and support customer service.
• Service Managers assist customers with tire selections and service needs, recommend undercar repairs and maintenance, coordinate mechanics and technicians, monitor repair work, communicate recommendations, support sales initiatives, and help ensure accurate and timely completion.
