Project Design Manager

What you'll do

• Manage project scope, milestones, and budget against estimated costs
• obtain vendor pricing and place purchase orders
• prepare client invoices and change orders
• maintain project records in Acumatica
• coordinate finish samples and client approvals
• create 3D models and drawing packages
• collaborate with professional engineers
• manage fabrication drawing revisions and approvals
• conduct occasional site visits for measurements and 3D laser scanning
• oversee material orders and delivery timelines
• coordinate shop, field, and logistics requirements and provide schedule updates.
