Orthodontic Dental Assistant (Registered Dental Assistant)

The Orthodontic Dental Assistant (Registered Dental Assistant) role is onsite in Sealy, TX, with pay of $18–$22 per hour plus monthly performance-based bonus opportunities. Sealy Orthodontics describes a close-knit, supportive team and a Monday–Thursday schedule with very occasional Fridays. The assistant supports orthodontic care by preparing records and assisting with bonding, debonding, adjustments, appliances, and Invisalign. The role helps the clinical team deliver orthodontic treatment and maintain an organized patient-care workflow.

What you'll do

• Complete orthodontic records including photos, X-rays, impressions, and scanning
• perform IDB and direct bonding, debonds, adjustments, phase-one appliances, and Invisalign-related duties.

Why this role

Requires an active Texas Registered Dental Assistant license, at least one year of RDA experience, and active CPR certification. Orthodontic experience is preferred; Spanish bilingual ability is a plus. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 7:55 a.m.–5:15 p.m., with very occasional Fridays, 7:55 a.m.–2:15 p.m.
