The analyst supports accurate, compliant payroll operations by validating payroll and tax data, completing filings and reconciliations, and maintaining processes and controls. The role also analyzes payroll information and helps improve processes in partnership with the Payroll Team and third-party service providers.

What you'll do

• Audit payroll and review pay accuracy
• ensure compliance with payroll laws and tax regulations
• prepare and file tax returns and remit payroll tax payments with a third-party tax service
• reconcile payroll tax payments and prepare journal entries
• maintain standard operating procedures
• provide data to Risk Management and Corporate Tax
• respond to information requests, tax notices, and employee pay inquiries
• support system projects and Global Shared Services training.
