What you'll do

• Respond professionally to customer inquiries in person, by phone, and by email
• record and relay messages
• follow up on requests
• operate the class management system for enrollment, check-in, waitlisting, billing, and class approvals
• maintain confidentiality
• keep public spaces clean and organized
• reinforce lobby safety guidelines
• direct children and provide basic comfort supplies.
