What you'll do

• Provide hands-on physical and emotional support according to each resident’s service agreement
• assist with activities of daily living and treatments delegated by a Registered Nurse
• observe residents and report changes in physical or emotional condition to the case manager
• communicate with residents and families
• assist in the dining room and participate in activities and outings
• complete required daily documentation.
