Assistant Community Manager

What you'll do

• Support community operations and assist with supervising associates
• manage bookkeeping and electronic payments
• enter move-in, move-out, renewal, and rentable-item data
• support leasing, marketing, prospect follow-up, applications, and lease paperwork
• assist with collections and reporting
• inspect common areas and ready apartments
• support rent collection, occupancy, and budget goals
• help organize resident events and Urban Village activities.
