Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Supervise daily maintenance of building systems, grounds, and resident spaces
• lead the team in completing work orders and preventive maintenance
• inspect apartments, common areas, equipment, and grounds
• coordinate repairs and updates with property leadership
• oversee plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and structural systems
• respond to resident service requests
• manage vendors, contracted services, supplies, and inventory
• maintain schedules and monitor productivity and labor costs
• respond to emergencies and participate in on-call or after-hours support as needed
• maintain tools and safety records
• support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
• ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and applicable laws.
