Property Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee administrative and maintenance staff
• respond to tenant and owner requests
• interpret lease clauses
• negotiate vendor service contracts
• develop tenant retention programs
• prepare monthly financial and operating reports
• review accounts receivable, accounts payable, and tenant billings
• complete CAM reconciliations
• oversee tenant improvement projects
• maintain W-9 and certificates of insurance
• prepare annual budgets
• engage with leasing teams.
