What you'll do

• Perform diagnostic radiology procedures in general radiology and mammography
• provide patient breast care education and advanced breast imaging techniques
• complete quality-control activities under ACR and MQSA guidelines
• maintain records for MQSA inspection and ACR certification
• follow radiation protection and ALARA principles
• verify medical necessity of diagnostic mammography orders and complete billing charges
• communicate patient needs to radiologists and other providers
• clean and stock rooms and equipment
• perform PACS duties and follow safety procedures.
