Quality Operator

Job overview

The Quality Operator role is onsite in Rogers, MN, and pays $22.50–$23.50 per hour, with a $1-per-hour night-shift premium. The position helps maintain quality and continuous production by inspecting products, operating and monitoring equipment, and supporting operators across production areas. It contributes to Heliene’s solar manufacturing work and its stated aim of helping reduce reliance on fossil fuels.

What you'll do

• Work with a team of operators
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• feed raw materials to semi-automated machines
• operate and monitor HMI systems
• perform quality and testing procedures
• refill raw materials with other operators and departments
• replace consumable machine components
• report defects and line issues
• train junior operators
• learn multiple production areas and provide relief as needed.
