The Home Health Aide (HHA) — All Shifts role is onsite in Vero Beach, FL, serving Indian River and surrounding counties. The posting states $16–$18 per hour based on experience and availability. A Moment’s Notice Health Care provides home care services that support seniors’ independence at home. The aide provides care according to an agreed care plan, documents services, assists with daily living and mobility, provides medication reminders and vital signs, and supports clients with light housekeeping. The role also includes monitoring clients with Alzheimer’s or dementia when applicable and covering assigned shifts.

What you'll do

• Provide care according to the care plan agreed upon by the nursing supervisor and client or family
• document care during each shift
• assist with bathing, toileting, medication reminders, vital signs, light housekeeping, transfers, positioning, and lifting
• monitor Alzheimer’s and dementia clients when applicable
• follow agency policies, including weekend and holiday availability
• work assigned shifts and find a replacement when needed.
