What you'll do

• Administer and support workstation, file-server, and web-server operations
• install hardware and software and perform system upgrades
• manage network accounts and security
• maintain, troubleshoot, and implement firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion-detection services
• maintain system design documentation
• train staff on applicable software
• assist customers with IT and provide instruction on computers and applications.
