What you'll do

• Establish and execute project budgets, timelines, quality-control plans, and execution plans
• coordinate site logistics and permits
• oversee installation preparation and subcontractor contracts and buyout
• manage purchase orders, submittals, change orders, pay requests, cost reporting, and forecasts
• coordinate personnel and resources
• maintain schedules and material and equipment tracking
• support safety, quality, and closeout processes
• manage design trades and owner communications.
