CareSpot LLC provides direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community. The worker supports daily living, personal goals, and community participation through supervision, care, documentation, and implementation of individual plans. The role contributes to consistent, person-centered support in collaboration with team members.

What you'll do

• Provide supervision and personal care, including bathing, cleaning, feeding, and medication administration as needed
• assist with daily living activities
• maintain progress notes and service logs
• support behavior management strategies
• transport members to appointments and activities
• prepare meals and assist with nutrition
• implement Behavior Treatment Plans and Individual Support Plans
• uphold member rights and confidentiality
• perform housekeeping
• communicate and collaborate with team members.
