The Project Manager I role is hybrid in Sunnyvale, California, with a minimum of four days per week in the office. Compensation is $95,000 per year. What you'll do

• Manage multiple simultaneous projects of mid to high complexity from inception to closeout
• coordinate internal teams and vendor partners
• develop and manage project scope, schedule, and budget
• manage design and test-fit drawings, building and site requirements, procurement, quality, risk, vendor performance, moves, and launches
• respond to client inquiries and report status and variances
• identify project resources, conduct requests for proposals, and complete bid analyses
• lead project teams
• conduct onsite field audits
• maintain project documentation
• facilitate meetings and distribute minutes
• assess and report risks and resolutions
• support business development and process initiatives
• manage administrative tasks and direct-report responsibilities as applicable.
