What you'll do

• Welcome members and visitors
• identify needs and provide personalized service
• open, close, and maintain accounts
• complete transactions and servicing requests, including ACH, wires, fraud disputes, and notary services
• explain credit union products and digital services
• maintain account records and contact information in CRM 360
• make follow-up calls
• support opening and closing procedures, cash replenishment, balancing, audits, and fraud reporting
• follow confidentiality, policy, and regulatory requirements.
